SevaFlow is built by Aaujar, a Melbourne software company. Our founder led technology at one of Australia's larger NDIS providers, building their custom NDIS platform across rostering compliance, reporting and data governance. Common questions
Is my data stored in Australia?
Yes. SevaFlow is hosted entirely in Australia and data never leaves Australian infrastructure. It is built into how the platform is designed.
We are already on a platform. Do we have to replace it?
Not necessarily. Some providers keep certain systems and connect them, then move across fully over time. We will talk through what makes sense for you.
How long does implementation take?
We work with you over several weeks to configure the platform, migrate your data and train your team, free of charge for early providers. You will get a clear timeline once we understand your setup.
How is SevaFlow priced?
Pricing is per user per month, based on role, so you do not pay manager rates for every worker. As a guide: support workers $9 to $12, coordinators $12 to $15 and managers $20 to $25 per month. Founding providers get 4 months free, then locked-in founding pricing.
