Privacy policy

SevaFlow is a product of Aaujar ("we", "us", "our"), a software company based in Melbourne, Victoria. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, sevaflow.io. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

This policy covers the website only. Information that providers store inside the SevaFlow platform (for example participant and worker records) is handled under the agreement with each provider.

What we collect

• Details you give us when you send a message or book a demo: your name, work email, organisation, number of support workers, your message, and whether you would like product updates.
• Technical details sent automatically with a form: the page you were on, the referring page, campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source), your browser type, your country, and your IP address for spam protection.
• Website usage through privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies to identify you.

We do not ask for, and you should not send us, information about NDIS participants through this website.

How we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and arrange a demo or call.
• To understand which pages and campaigns are useful, so we can improve the website.
• To send occasional SevaFlow product updates, only if you ticked the box to receive them.
• To protect the website from spam and misuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We use a small number of service providers to run the website, who handle information on our behalf:

• Cloudflare for hosting, spam protection and form storage (stored in the Oceania region).
• Resend to deliver emails about your enquiry.
• Cal.com if you book a call through our booking page, under their own privacy policy.

Some of these providers may process information outside Australia. We choose providers with strong security and privacy practices.

Product updates

If you asked to receive product updates, you can stop at any time by replying to any email or contacting us below.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to follow up and for our business records, and delete them when no longer needed.

Security

Information is sent over encrypted connections and stored with access limited to our team.

Access, correction and complaints

You can ask to see or correct the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@sevaflow.io. If you have a concern about how we handled your information, contact us first and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
